CTS FIBERIZATION
Objective:
•To monitor bandwidth utilization in Sabah and Sarawak.
1.Change the file’s name.
Only change the week number (w52) at the back to the current week you are doing now. “CTS Fiberization Master Tracker w52/w53/57 or whatsoever”.
2.Open and edit the content.
Open the file. Create a new current week column by copy & paste the 2 farthest right column of previous week. Clear the old content in it & edit the header as well as the formula.
3.Filling up the blanks.
Start with the first site (ex: SFI Sipitang), fill the utilization rate column by grabbing the data from U2000 UNMS.
*Kindly note that searching the data in the database will be based on the ‘Site’s Name’.
4.Run the U2000 UNMS.
Proceed to the next slides.
Remote Desktop Connection access.
(a)Search & run “Remote Desktop Connection.”
>Windows
>Remote Desktop Connection >Insert [IP address]’
>>Key in [password] in Windows Security credentials.
>>>Agree [Yes] to the Security Certificate’.
(b) Loging in to UNMS system.
>Insert [Username] & [Password]and [Login]
>Read & [Agree] to the ‘Legal Statement’.
13) To create the recent week’s graph. Just edit the existing previous week’s graph data. It can be done by just right click on the Utilization Graph and choose ‘Select Data’
14) Select ‘Site ID’ (*all sites ID with data on it, ignore ID(s) with blank data which column highlighted with colors) and also select the latest week ‘Utilization %’.
