Objective : To monitor bandwidth utilization weekly
1) open excel file Week 36 and copy the most right column into a new column and label it as ‘Week 37’
2) Delete all data, in the utilization <85% column, change the formula to =BB4/W4*100 to =BB4/S4*100 (This formula depends on your column, just change W to S)
3) Repeat steps for all tabs, TDC, TM and FSB.
4) Open Internet Explorer and go to address : http://devapps/dmonitorv2/
5) Refer to Site Name B to know the location to. Search in PFS > Historical Data (Traffic & Error)
6) Copy Site ID A for the above site name and Cntrl + F. Click on the link.
7) Tick on the ports that needs to be utilized and then plot graph multi-interfaces.
8) Change the date according to the week you want to monitor and enable graph indicator.
9) Compare the graphs at the highest peak according to the time.
5) Refer to Site Name B to know the location to. Search in PFS > Historical Data (Traffic & Error)
6) Copy Site ID A for the above site name and Cntrl + F. Click on the link.

8) Change the date according to the week you want to monitor and enable graph indicator.
9) Compare the graphs at the highest peak according to the time.
Then Click
10) Fill all the results in the excel table
